Treat yourself to the experience of Maison Beliveau!         Room rates at Maison Beliveau range from $225 - $299/night plus taxes.  Your stay at Maison Beliveau includes a delicious gourmet breakfast, and a complimentary social hour each evening.

Maison Beliveau Policies

Minimum stays:  There is no minimum stay except for special events such as Virginia Tech Football Games, Parents Weekend, and Graduations, which require a two night minimum stay. 

Deposit and Payment:  A deposit equal to one nights rental is required to secure all reservations. Visa, Master Card. American Express, and Discover Card are accepted at Maison Beliveau.  The balance of the total reservation fee is processed once the cancellation notice period has expired. 

Confirmation:  We will e-mail a confirmation to you as soon as we receive and process your deposit.  

Cancellation Notice:  As a privately owned inn with five guest rooms we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy.  A ten (10) day cancellation notice is required, except for special events as noted above, which require a thirty (30) day notice. A $25.00 cancellation fee applies. Rooms cancelled closer than the 10 or 30 day required notice are liable for charges of the full rental, and are ineligible for refund unless the room is re-rented.

Non-Smoking Policy: For the comfort and safety of our guests we are a non-smoking inn. Outside smoking only please.

Pets: We are not able to accommodate pets.  There is a kennel located just a few miles from us.  Maison Beliveau is home to Dutchess, a sweet outdoor dog.

Children: We welcome well behaved children ages five (5) years and older.  

Wireless Internet:  Maison Beliveau is equipped with wireless internet service.

Additional person charge: Room rates are based on two people.  Additional room guests are $20.00/night. Outside breakfast guests are welcome with prior notice, at a fee of $15.00 per person.  Outside dinner guests are welcome with prior notice, at an additional fee as per innkeeper. 

Check-in begins at 3:00pm.   Check-out is 11:00am.

Lunch and Dinner: Maison Beliveau will be happy to accommodate your lunch and/or dinner request.  A 24 hour notice may be required.  Please call Joyce to discuss your special request.
